Turtle Bay is located on the North Shore of Oʻahu with close proximity to historic Haleiwa town and the legendary surf breaks of Banzai/Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay. The resort is approximately 55 minutes from the Honolulu International Airport (HNL). Valet and Self-Parking are available for an additional $35 daily per car (1-24 hours). How to get to Turtle Bay?

What time is check in and check out?
Turtle Bay is not classified as an all-inclusive resort. However, while traditional all-inclusive resorts are not common in Hawaii, we offer guests an enhanced experience with all-day food and beverage options, additional amenities, and personalized concierge services available in our private lounge. For exclusive access to these offerings, consider booking a stay in one of our Ocean Club guest rooms, suites, or bungalows.
Is Turtle Bay an all-inclusive resort?
Yes, we offer In-room Dining. Breakfast: 6:00 AM - 10:30 AM Lunch/Dinner: 11:00 AM - 10:30 PM Note: Menus and hours are subject to change.
Do you offer room service?
Turtle Bay is a smoke-free resort, including guestrooms and balconies. To ensure the comfort of all guests, designated smoking areas are available near the Main Resort Building.
Do you have a smoking policy?
For the privacy and safety of our guests and staff, Turtle Bay Resort strictly prohibits the use of drones, both personal and commercial, without prior written authorization from resort management. This prohibition extends to drones used for filming or recording, as well as those operated by media or journalists within or above resort boundaries. Violation of this policy may result in equipment confiscation and could subject violators to damages, including those related to privacy violations, physical harm, or regulatory fines, along with associated legal fees.
Are drones allowed at Turtle Bay Resort?
There is no dress code policy at Turtle Bay Resort, however some restaurants do suggest guests come in Resort Attire. Shoes and shirts must be worn in the main lobby and in the restaurants, excluding Sunset pool bar.
